01. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Jitabit's Terms & Conditions. This document is a legal agreement between you and the Jitabit platform. By accessing this site or creating an account, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out below.

03. Age Verification

Jitabit is firmly committed to protecting minors. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Jitabit may request a government-issued ID, passport, or other valid document for age verification at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

04. Payments & Withdrawals

If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Claiming the same bonus more than once or abusing bonuses will be treated as fraud against Jitabit.

• Validity: Bonuses must be used within 7 to 30 days of being issued.
• One Offer, One Account: Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not allowed.

10. Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

Jitabit may also close or suspend an account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, failure to provide requested KYC documents, suspicious financial activity, or legal obligations.
